This Cookie Policy explains how WineFlow CRM ("WineFlow", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at wineflow.app and in our application at crm.wineflow.app. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

These cookies are necessary for the application to work: they keep you signed in securely and remember the language you chose. Our public website sets no cookies.

2.2 Analytics and Advertising Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and no third party sets cookies through our website or application for these purposes. If we decide to use them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
Third-Party Requests
Our public website serves its fonts and scripts from its own domain and loads nothing from third parties. All our sites are delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated traffic.
3. How to Manage Cookies
3.1 Consent
Because we only use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary or that remember a choice you made, we do not need your consent for them and do not show a consent banner.

4. Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, we use these similar technologies:
- Local Storage: Stores small pieces of data in your browser that remain after you close it. On wineflow.app we store wf-lang-choice (the language you picked from the menu, only when it differs from your browser language). In the application we store wineflow_sidebar_collapsed, wf-col-widths-* (table column widths) and wineflow_tutorial_active, wineflow_tutorial_step and wineflow_tutorial_focus (onboarding tour progress). None of these is shared with third parties; they remain until you clear your browser's site data.
- Pixel Tags: Campaign and offer emails that our customers send through WineFlow contain a 1×1 image and tracked links. When the email is opened or a link is clicked, we record the time, IP address and user agent on behalf of the sender. Newsletters and our own service emails do not contain them.
